Write-Art generates challenging views on policy processes within public structures. Political processes are not always easy to understand, and not always reasonable in their effects. A document is quickly written, transparent account information is transmissible and strategic information should be known and shared with a small group of internal professionals. Write-Art can work on two sides, societal transparency and strategic decision making processes. For a dynamic governmental environment the input of new ideas in relation to the stability of an organisation is vital. The speciality of Write-Art is the creative process of establishing widely shared policy visions together with stakeholders. The more strategic issues will be dealt with an innovative approach and integrity by Bureau Write-Art. Jeannette Veninga likes to work in organisational change processes. Before starting her own bureau, she worked as a policy maker and as a policy strategist within different town councils on the fields of well-being, integration, recreation, tourism, art and culture. Recently she finalised her master degree Public Administration with the thesis ‘Social trust in relation to government, civil society, and citizen in Detroit and Rotterdam’
